This page explains what data we collect through askay.eu and what we do with it.

Data controller

The data controller is Askay. For anything related to your personal data, write to hello@askay.eu.

Contact form

When you send a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the selected topic and your message. We use them only to reply to your inquiry and to prepare a possible offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We keep messages for as long as the conversation about working together lasts, and afterwards only where the law or the protection of our rights requires it. We do not sell data or share it for other companies’ marketing. Our hosting and email provider has access to it only as far as needed to run the site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Cookies

The site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Technical cookies are set only for people logged in to the admin panel.
